Hello and Welcome to Perfected By Portia!

Aside from being a personal trainer and nutritionist, I am also an NPC Figure Competitor, the mother of 2, a loving wife, and a Registered Nurse. 

I moved to Ohio in 2015 after living in South Carolina my whole life. 

As your coach, my goal is to begin perfecting the areas of your life that you are unhappy with; whether it be fitness, nutrition, or just accountability.
